About The Six Bells
The Six Bells is a design-led retail and e-commerce brand as well as a hospitality company. We are seeking part-time retail fulfillment associates for all aspects of e-commerce order fulfillment from our Rosendale fulfillment studio located at The Six Bells Countryside Inn.
Role Summary
The Retail Fulfillment Associate is responsible for customer order fulfillment, including shipping, returns, and exchanges. This role also includes receiving merchandise and supply shipments from vendors, transferring merchandise to other retail locations, maintaining an organized storage area, and ensuring inventory records are accurate.
Key Responsibilities:

Accurately pick, pack, and ship e-commerce orders to customers in a timely manner, maintaining high quality standards.

Receive, inspect, verify, and store incoming merchandise and supply shipments.

Maintain organized storage shelves and ensure inventory counts are accurate.

Ensure products remain in good, sellable condition.

Identify and report stock discrepancies to management.

Notify managers when packing supplies are low, sold out, or need reordering.

Stock merchandise by moving products to the sales floor.

Perform cleaning duties, including breaking down cardboard boxes, dusting, sweeping, and mopping to maintain a clean workspace.
Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail, essential for packing, organizing stock, and gift wrapping to company standards.

Prior packing in packing, shipping, or fulfillment preferred.

Organized, self-directed, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Reliable and accountable, consistently punctual.

Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes safely, including handling fragile items with care.

Reliable Transportation.
We are hiring for roles starting ASAP. We are looking for coverage two days a week, with some flexibility needed during busier seasons.
